Sustained Prosperity & Solidarity

Strategy & Performance Plan

SPS (Sustained Prosperity & Solidarity) is a standards-based strategy and performance report plan template designed to help ensure the sustained prosperity & solidarity of a nation, on the foundation of an effective knowledge economy, operating in addition to existing and evolving industrial and agricultural economies.

The knowledge economy foundation is key as it implies improved social and economic value scales, ethics, approaches and productivity. The introduction and development of the knowledge economy impacts all activities, to varying degrees, hence the plan provides strategies that touch most activity fields.é

SPS is a template as it defines a national and international operating framework with mostly common vision, mission, values, responsibilities, goals, objectives, strategies, as well as performance controls with planned and actual targets and adjustment strategies. Each nation or plan implementor is expected to add and adapt the more specific objectives, strategies and controls, to the template, in creating an effective plan instance.
